The term “permit” refers to a license plate in the Parking Base System.
Adding a vehicle within the “vehicle tab” does not automatically link that vehicle to a license plate.

Our startup fee is associated with the initial setup and activation of your account by our team to ensure everything is properly configured. This is a one-time charge and is separate from monthly fees, which are billed on a recurring basis.
Our convenience fee supports the ongoing enhancement of our products and services, allowing us to continue delivering a high-quality parking and customer experience.
For tax-exempt customers, applicable taxes are not included in monthly fees. Our convenience fee still applies.
Our invoices are generated on the 25th of each month, with payments scheduled to be processed between the 1st and 5th of the following month.

We accept payments via ACH, e-check, or physical check.
If payment is not received within 30 days, a late fee will be applied. At that time, the parking permit will expire, and continued non-payment may result in account closure. Following permit expiration, citations will be issued by mail, as the vehicle will no longer be associated with an active parking account or session.
