How do I pay for parking once I’m at a location?

What are the parking rates for hourly parking?

Our hourly parking rates vary based on the location. Please visit our website or contact our customer service for specific rates.

 

What happens if I pay for parking and accidentally receive a ticket?

Don’t sweat it! Simply reach out to our customer service team and we will help you resolve this quickly and pain-free.

 

How long can I park in the hourly parking area?

The maximum duration for hourly parking depends on the location. Some areas may have a time limit of a few hours, while others allow for longer stays. Please refer to the signs or check with our staff for specific time restrictions.

 

Is overnight parking allowed in the hourly parking area?

This varies per location.  Refer to the on-site signage for more information.

 

Are there any restrictions on the types of vehicles that can park in the hourly parking area?

There may be restrictions on oversized vehicles or trailers. Please contact our customer service or refer to the signage at the parking area for specific restrictions.  When parking an oversized vehicle at a surface lot, you will need to pay per space the vehicle takes up.  (e.g. a truck with a trailer parking in 2 total spaces would need to make 2 transactions for the desired duration.)

 

Can I reserve a parking spot in advance for daily parking?

Yes, we offer the option to reserve daily parking spots in advance. You can do so through the HonkMobile app or website.

 

What if I book in advance and no spaces are available when I arrive?

Refunds will be given if this occurs.  This typically only happens at times when extremely high-demand events are occurring.

 

Are there any discounts available for daily parking?

You bet!  Please check our website for information on current Power Deals.

 

Can I exit and re-enter the parking lot during my daily parking period?

A parking reservation has concluded once your vehicle exits the parking location.

 

What payment options are available for daily parking?

We accept credit card payments only.  No cash is taken on-site.

Monthly Parking

What is monthly parking?

A parking product where you pay a fixed monthly fee for the ability to park in a specific parking location.

 

How do I purchase monthly parking?

Follow the below steps to sign up for monthly parking:

1. Go to www.mypowerparking.com

2. Search for the address where you need monthly parking

3. Select the best location for you

4. Select the product ‘Monthly Parking’ on the right side of the page

5. We will ask you for a couple pieces of information to view the rates & check out

You will need the following requirements to complete your check out for monthly parking:

i. Vehicle Information

ii. Payment information (we accept all major debit/credit cards. No cash payment)

What are the benefits of monthly parking?

How much does monthly parking cost?

The cost of monthly parking varies depending on the location, demand, and amenities offered by the parking facility.

 

How do I pay for monthly parking?

Monthly parking fees are paid in advance. You can make payments using various methods via your online billing account. Payment methods include credit card, direct debit, or ACH (for company accounts). The payment options may vary depending on the account type.

 

What is a 3 month subscription?

A 3 month subscription is a most cost-effective solution for someone who intends to park for 3 consecutive months. With this product, you pay for 3 months at a time and pay less overall than someone who parks with a month-to-month subscription for 3 months.

 

How do I set up online billing for my monthly parking?

By signing up for monthly parking, you are automatically enrolled in online billing. After making your purchase, you will receive an email that instructs you on how to log into your account and make any necessary updates. Your online account is where all billing updates, vehicle updates, and contact information is updated. You can also upgrade, downgrade, or hold your parking account by logging into your online account.

 

Can I manage my monthly parking account online?

Absolutely! Through the online portal, you can view your billing history, update your payment information, and make changes to your parking arrangements.

 

Is online billing secure?

Power Parking prioritizes the security of our customer data.  Our billing system is annually audited to maintain the highest level of PCI compliance for a service handling sensitive payment data. However, it’s always a good practice to use secure networks and keep your login credentials safe.

 

Can I receive email notifications for my monthly parking bills?

Yes, our billing sends email notifications when:

-Your invoice is released 5 days before your card is charged

-When your card is charged

-When your card is close to expiring

What happens if I miss a monthly payment?

If you miss a monthly payment, there may be consequences such as late fees or suspension of your parking privileges. It’s important to make payments on time or communicate with Power Parking if you encounter any issues. You can reach us at support@mypowerparking.com.

 

How can I cancel my monthly parking subscription?

Cancelling your monthly parking subscription is easy! Through our online portal, our customers have the ability to easily initiate a cancellation at any time. Cancellations cannot be done via phone or email and must be initiated by the customer via the online portal. Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date. No refunds are given for unused parking from the date of cancellation to the end of the subscription period.

 

Can I reserve a specific parking space?

In some cases, you may be able to reserve a specific parking space, while in others, parking is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s best to check to see if a reserved product is available at each parking location’s online checkout page or by utilizing the handy dandy filter on the map page.

 

Can I access the parking facility 24/7 with monthly parking?

Most of our monthly parking locations provide 24/7 access. However, please confirm the access hours shown on the parking locations page under ‘Amenities’.
