Monthly Parking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Power Parking LLC (“Power Parking”) for your monthly parking needs. By entering into a monthly parking agreement with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Monthly Parking Agreement
Duration: The monthly subscription parking agreement is valid for the term selected (i.e month to month OR 3 Month) from the start date specified at check out. The subscription automatically renews for subsequent one-month or 3 month period unless terminated by either party before the next renewal date.
Recurring Billing: By signing up for monthly subscription parking, you authorize Power Parking to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. The monthly parking fee will be charged in advance for each billing period.
Payment: You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the monthly parking fee. In the event of a failed payment, Power Parking may suspend or terminate your parking privileges if not paid within 5 business days from due date.
Rate Changes: Power Parking reserves the right to modify the subscription parking fee upon providing you with a 30-day written notice. Any rate changes will take effect on the next subscription billing cycle.
Parking Access and Use
Reserved Parking Space: Power Parking will provide you with a designated parking space for your exclusive use during the term of the agreement, subject to availability.
Vehicle Registration: You must register the vehicle(s) that will be parked in the designated parking space. Only registered vehicles are allowed to park in the designated space.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the parking space for any illegal or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to storing hazardous materials, conducting commercial activities, or subleasing the parking space to third parties.
Parking Access Card: If your location requires an access card at a gated site, Power Parking may provide you with a access card for identification and access control purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the decal/card and ensuring that it is not lost, stolen, or used by unauthorized individuals.
Unreserved Parking Space: Purchases for Unreserved Parking will be provided access to the parking facility with permission to park in any non-reserved marked space.
Reserved Parking Space: Purchases for Reserved Parking will be provided with a designated parking space for your exclusive use during the term of the agreement, subject to availability.
Vehicle Information: All monthly parking subscribers are required to provide Power Parking with their vehicle information including Vehicle Plate Number and Vehicle Plate State. Failure to provide this information may result a parking citation being issued.
Vehicle Registration: You must register the vehicle(s) that will be parked in the designated parking space. Only registered vehicles are allowed to park in the designated space.
Termination
Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate the monthly parking subscription agreement before the subscription renewal date. Cancellations are initiated in customers’ online accounts or via email at support@mypowerparking.com – No refunds are given for early terminations.
Termination by Power Parking: Power Parking may terminate the agreement immediately if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Return of Access Devices: Upon termination of the agreement, you must return any parking or access cards provided by Power Parking.
Liability and Indemnification
Liability: Power Parking is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your vehicle or its contents while parked on Power Parking premises. You park your vehicle at your own risk.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Power Parking, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the parking space or any violation of these terms and conditions.
General Provisions
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the parking facility is located.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Power Parking LLC regarding monthly parking and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Amendments: Power Parking reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to you in email.
