Monthly Parking – FAQs

I just paid to start monthly parking. Can I start parking immediately? 

Yes, once payment is made you can start parking immediately. You should have added your vehicle license plate during the signup/payment process. 

What if I forgot to add my license plate how do I add it? 

If you are the only parker on your subscription, then you can add your license plate in your billing portal. 

You can add or change your plate by logging into your billing portal and completing the following steps. 

o   Select customer settings 

o   Change settings 

o   Enter plate number 

o   Save 

Where do I find my Billing portal? 

 In the email from monthlyparking@mypowerparking.com named “Manage your Power Parking (Location  name) Parking Account” it has a link to your billing portal. **Please check your spam or junk folder if not found in main inbox. 

Do I need a Hang tag or something? 

No. Your vehicle license plate acts as your pass. Please ensure your plate information is on your sign-up page or in your billing portal.  

What happens if I get a parking ticket before I add my license plate in? 

No need to worry, if you get a ticket in that small period before your license plate is loaded into our system, just email support@mypowerparking.com and we will get it voided. 

I purchased a reserved space. How will I know where it is? 

We have been alerted of a reserved space purchase. Your City Manager will be in touch within the next 48hrs with the exact spot/sign#. Until then please just park in any available non-reserved space. 

I purchased parking for multiple people. I couldn’t add all their plates. What happens next? 

You will soon get a new email with access to a multi parking portal called OFFSTREET. The email will have intsructions and a link to access the portal and how to add multiple plates.

What if I want to cancel?  

You can go to your billing portal and simply select Cancel, next to Plan details. We will then delete your license plate from our system. Please note cancellations must be made before the next subscription renewal date. No refunds are given for unused parking from the date of cancellation to the end of the subscription period.   

How do I make changes to my payment method? 

Go to your billing portal and select update payment method next to Billing details.  

If you miss a monthly payment, you may be subject to added fees or cancellation of your parking subscription. It’s important to make payments on time or communicate with Power Parking if you encounter any issues at monthlyparking@mypowerparking.com

If you will be paying via a check or ACH please communicate with monthlyparking@mypowerparking.com for additional information.
