WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO REDEEM UPON ARRIVAL?
We understand this can happen—no worries. If you forget to redeem your Flex Pass when you arrive, please reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We’ll review your visit and work with you to help resolve the situation.
In some cases, a notice may be issued automatically if a session is not active, but our team is here to assist and provide guidance.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY FLEX PASSES?
Flex Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused passes will expire after that timeframe, so be sure to use them before the expiration date.
CAN I REDEEM AT OTHER LOTS/GARAGES?
Flex Passes are location-specific and can only be redeemed at the location where they were originally purchased.
UPON REDEMPTION WHAT IS THE DURATION OF PARKING SESSION?
Each Flex Pass provides up to 24 hours of parking from the time it is redeemed.
For example, if you redeem a pass at 8:00 AM on Monday, your session will be valid until 8:00 AM on Tuesday.
WHY DON’T I SEE A FLEX PASS OPTION AT THIS LOCATION?
Flex Passes are available at many of our locations, but not all. If you don’t see the option at a specific location, it may be due to unique rules, hours, or operational requirements at that site.
