September 18 through October 31, Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing transforms into a Halloween cocktail pop-up bar, Witch, Please! A full-scale, immersive ancient apothecary-inspired space, bursting with flickering candlelights, weathered spell books, hanging herbs, and, of course, seasonally crafted, botanical-infused potion cocktails complete with custom Halloween ceramic mugs. Witch, Please, the only immersive Halloween pop-up cocktail bar of its kind in the Raleigh area, will also showcase seasonal chef-curated bites. The cocktail program will feature an inventive menu of “Potions & Elixirs” that pairs botanical flavor profiles with functional “active effects” and interactive tableside highlights like scorched herbs, smoking dry ice, and dramatic pours.
