Traditional vinyasa flow beginning with breathwork and incorporating sun salutations, standing postures, balance, core work, hip openers, inversions, and savasana. Mats, blocks, and other props available for use during class.
Studio 1104 is located in the Boylan Heights neighborhood in downtown Raleigh. There is plenty of street parking available.
