Jam Session Kids who play fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, bass, or other stringed instruments are invited to this free jam with their peers! This fun, welcoming jam on the lawn of the House of Many Porches at Dix Park in Raleigh will focus on bluegrass and other roots music. It’s a great opportunity to build some skills and enjoy playing with other young people from across the area. Young musicians of all experience levels are welcome, even if you’ve never been to a jam before. Please bring your own instrument(s). The jam is free but registration is required.
