Matthew Weiss and Max Trujillo, the hosts of the #1 food and beverage podcast in North Carolina are holding their popular Bubbles & Brisket event on Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m at Smoky Hollow. Tickets are now available and take advantage of the presale special and receive $15 off when purchased by May 8, 2024.
The popular event welcomes 10 “pitmaster” chefs, who span from North Carolina to New York who will showcase their spin on brisket along with unique side dishes. There will be an array of bubbles to imbibe on, from Champagne, cava, cremant, prosecco, beer, and sodas to non-alcoholic and boozy cocktails; there is something for everyone.
“Champagne is the ultimate cheat code for food pairing, and it’s best understood with smoked brisket,” said co-host Matthew Weiss. Co-host Max Trujillo added, “This is our fourth year holding this event, and we decided to throw down even bigger and better than ever before.”
The event will surely be a crowd-pleaser; tickets start at $75 all-inclusive, with The VIP Experience at $135. VIP Experience tickets will receive early access to the event and includes a lounge area where guests will be able to sample specialty champagne poured by sommeliers and curated bites from a local legendary concept.
