Spring is on the way. What better way to celebrate the start of Spring 2026 than a Queer SPRING FLING! Presented by Alt By Default, hosted by Ivanna Peessa and Karli Marx. This Spring Fling is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive dance! Come dressed in formal or Spring wear. Located at Mobtown Ballroom. Think school dance, only it’s 21+! But it’s not just a dance, it’s a night full of festivities including Art and Crafts! Tarot reading! A Drag Show! Games! Local Venders! Raffle fundraiser! Ending the night crowning our King and Queen of the Spring Fling (non-gendered specific.) Allies welcome! Let’s have a night that we’ll never forget! Now, more than ever, we need queer joy and celebration!
MISSION STATEMENT
Alt by Default is for any queer person who felt othered or left out. For those who felt labeled as “alternative” by their uniqueness or perhaps not feeling “alt” enough in certain spaces. We’re creating a fun atmosphere where everyone can come together and be their authentic self in a safe space. Join us March 21st at 7pm for our FIRST major event!
