Maryland Opera presents “Sounds of the Season,” a Maryland holiday tradition!  Get in the holiday spirit with opera and holiday favorites sung by stellar young artists soprano Abigail Raiford, tenor Angel Raii Gomez, and Denyce Graves Foundation Artistic Ambassador baritone Marvin Wayne.  Featuring our annual tradition of a staged presentation of the most famous Christmas Eve scene in opera, the Act I Finale of Puccini’s La Bohème.  Friday, December 13 at 7pm and Sunday, December 15 at 3pm.  
The Friday night performance in the gorgeous Boordy Vineyards barn will feature one silent auction item and a new tradition, our Ugly Sweater Contest!  Wear your best ugly holiday sweater for a chance to win a free bottle of wine!
