NP 2100 Documentary Premiere is a special event celebrating the Holistic Life Foundation’s first Quarter of a Century of healing, mindfulness, and community impact. Twenty-five years ago, three lifelong Baltimore friends founded the Holistic Life Foundation with one simple belief: every child and every community deserves practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and heal. Long before mindfulness became mainstream, before social-emotional learning entered classrooms, and before trauma-informed care became part of the national conversation, they were already doing this work in Baltimore schools and neighborhoods. Today, the Holistic Life Foundation—a Baltimore-based, BIPOC-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit—has positively impacted more than 200,000 children, educators, families, first responders, and community members through evidence-based mindfulness, yoga, restorative practices, and community wellness. HLF’s work has been featured by BBC News World Service, NBC Nightly News, Good Morning America, and CNN, and its founders have been recognized as Game Changers by Baltimore magazine.
